- Study product: Graft
- Subjects must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Subjects must have a diagnosis of type 1 or 2 Diabetes mellitus.
- The wound must be located on the foot.
- Subject cannot be on dialysis.
- Subject cannot be pregnant.
- Study duration study is estimated 12 weeks.
- Subject will be compensated for participation.

Endometriosis Study
- Evaluating Whether the Study medication (approved), when taken together with an approved birth control pill to reduce moderate to severe endometriosis pain.
- Study last up to 18-month Period.
- Premenopausal females (18 to 49) years of age.
- Have had surgical confirmation of endometriosis and associated moderate to severe pain.
- Subjects must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Subjects must not have a surgical history of hysterectomy or bilateral oophorectomy.
- Patient reimbursement for participation.
